Proposed List of Jiangsu Province “Three Firsts and Two New” Technology Products for 2025

Regarding “Three Firsts and Two New”

“Three Firsts and Two New” is a specialized recognition system established by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology to advance the research, development, and application of new technologies and products. The “Three Firsts” refer to:

First, the first set of equipment achieving major breakthroughs in variety, specifications, or technical parameters;

Second, the first batch of new materials possessing independent intellectual property rights through original innovation or significant technological breakthroughs, and passing provincial-level or higher testing and certification in indicators such as physical and chemical properties and environmental adaptability. Third, the first version of technologically leading software with major functional or performance breakthroughs that fills market gaps or breaks monopolies, possesses independent intellectual property rights, and is sold for the first time in the market. “Two New” refers to new technologies and products, distinct from the above three categories, that possess independent core technologies, have completed prototype testing and achieved sales, and align with industrial development directions. Jiangsu Province's “Three Firsts and Two New” recognition system serves as a key benchmark for evaluating corporate technological innovation and industrial upgrading, carrying high authority in certifying relevant enterprise technologies.

KING YOUNG Intelligent Vehicle Inspection Robot (Daily Inspection) System

Addressing the challenges of intelligent parameter detection and guidance positioning for complex, irregular components in rail transit, KING YOUNG Technology has developed the Intelligent Vehicle Inspection Robot (Daily Inspection) System for rail transit inspection. Integrating 3D structured light vision detection, end-effector multimodal sensing, multi-source fusion vision algorithms, and 2D/3D data fusion with zero-sample deep learning and multi-source fusion navigation techniques, the system progressively scans the entire train undercarriage. It systematically collects data from critical components across all undercarriage sections and intelligently identifies part quality. The system employs key technologies including 3D structured light vision inspection, end-effector multi-modal detection, multi-source fusion vision algorithms, small/zero-sample deep learning for 2D/3D data fusion, and multi-source navigation positioning. It systematically scans the entire train undercarriage, sequentially collects data from critical components across all undercarriage sections, intelligently identifies part quality, and promptly reports inspection results to the information system. Maintenance personnel then repair or replace problematic components based on these findings. This approach significantly enhances maintenance efficiency, reduces manual labor intensity, lowers maintenance costs, and improves rail transit safety.

KING YOUNG Technology will continue to focus on emerging technologies, new opportunities, and innovative applications in intelligent robotics, relentlessly enhancing our core technological competitiveness and pursuing cutting-edge advancements in both technology and product development!
