KING YOUNG's “Railway Inspection Robot Family” Featured on CCTV News

On the first day of the exhibition, KING YOUNG Technology made headlines on CCTV's “News Broadcast” program with its innovative technological achievements and multi-dimensional robot demonstrations.

On-site, the compact train intelligent inspection robot stole the spotlight with its sleek and compact design.

01 Compact Train Intelligent Inspection Robot: Small in size, adaptable to multiple scenarios

As the most compact single-arm robot in the family-based product line, the miniaturized train intelligent inspection robot is designed to operate in narrow and confined maintenance depot environments. Specifically tailored for maintenance tracks with footboards in EMU and commuter rail depots, it enables deployment without removing footboards, delivering greater flexibility and convenience for railway maintenance operations.

Additionally, KING YOUNG Technology showcased its standard train inspection robot, rail-road dual-mode robot, and intelligent spraying robot, comprehensively demonstrating the company's innovative capabilities in the railway sector.

02 Standard Train Inspection Robot: Comprehensive Inspection for Safe and Stable Train Operation

The Standard Train Inspection Robot, as the most versatile model in the robotics series, shoulders the critical mission of ensuring reliable train operations. Equipped with a four-rotor, four-wheel-drive mobile platform, a flexible robotic arm, and a precision visual inspection system, it operates within subway train daily inspection depots. The robot captures high-definition imagery of key visible areas beneath and along the train body while detecting abnormal conditions, thereby safeguarding the safe and dependable operation of trains.

03 Rail-Road Dual-Mode Robot: Reducing Construction and Operational Costs

Addressing the pain points of existing rail-based inspection robots—such as bulky size, difficult maintenance, inability to operate across tracks, and high single-track investment—KING YOUNG Technology has developed a dual-mode wheel-rail inspection robot based on its wheeled platform. This robot is compatible with existing rail-based travel structures and switches between wheeled and rail travel via a transition platform that enters and exits the track bed.

04 Smart Spraying Robot: Precise Recognition, Enhanced Operational Efficiency

The intelligent spray robot integrates advanced technologies such as automated transfer, visual recognition, and UV inkjet printing to seamlessly adapt to actual workshop environments. By combining robotic arms, vision systems, and spray systems, it accommodates the marking and spraying requirements for various vehicle body types. During operation, it automatically and precisely identifies spray locations to execute intelligent tasks, effectively replacing cumbersome manual processes. This reduces human error, enhances spray operation safety and efficiency, and minimizes environmental pollution.

Looking ahead, KING YOUNG Technology will actively respond to the demands of national and industry development, continue to deepen its expertise in the railway sector, and leverage its sustained technological breakthroughs and collaborative innovation capabilities to contribute to the intelligent and digital advancement of China's railway industry.
